The Secretary Dashboard is your control centre for managing your club on PigeonLink. Everything you need — members, races, results, distances, and announcements — is accessible from here.
Accessing Your Dashboard
When you log in as a club secretary, you are taken directly to your Secretary Dashboard. You can return to it at any time by clicking Club Dashboard in the sidebar menu.
What the Dashboard Shows
- Member summary — total active members, and a count of any pending membership requests requiring your attention
- Upcoming races — the next scheduled races in your club calendar
- Recent results — the latest confirmed or provisional race results
- Distance status — a summary of how many loft distances have been confirmed for the current race points
- Club announcements — recent announcements posted to your club

A red badge on Manage Members indicates pending membership requests that need your attention.
Your Responsibilities as Secretary
As club secretary you are the primary administrator for your club. Your key ongoing responsibilities in PigeonLink are:
- Reviewing and approving membership applications
- Keeping member details and loft records up to date
- Creating races and managing the race calendar
- Running the basketing process on race night
- Entering and confirming race results
- Confirming official loft distances for each race point
Your access is scoped to your own club only. You cannot view or modify the data of other clubs.
