This guide explains how to log in to PigeonLink, what to do if you forget your password, and how to log out safely.
Logging In
- Go to pigeon-link.com and click Login in the navigation menu.
- Enter the email address you registered with and your password.
- Click Log In.
You will be taken to your member dashboard. If you are a club secretary, you will be taken directly to your Club Dashboard instead.
If you see a message saying your email has not been verified, check your inbox for the verification email sent when you registered. Use the Resend Verification Email link on the login page if you cannot find it.
Forgotten Password
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for an email with a password reset link it is valid for one hour.
- Click the link, enter your new password, and confirm it.
- You can now log in with your new password.
If your account was created by your club secretary (as a placeholder account), use Forgot Password to set your password for the first time you will not have been given one.
Logging Out
Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner of any page, then click Log Out. You will be returned to the home page and your session will end.
Always log out when using a shared or public computer to keep your account secure.
Changing Your Password
To change your password while logged in:
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Change Password, or go to My Profile and look for the password section.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click Save.
Troubleshooting
