Seeing PigeonLink in action is the best way to understand whether it is the right fit for your club or federation. We offer a free walkthrough by email or video call — just get in touch and we will arrange a time that suits you.
How to Get in Touch
Send an email to support@pigeonlink.com with a brief description of your club or federation and what you would like to see. We will come back to you within one working day to arrange a time.

What to Have Ready
The more we know about your club or federation before the demo, the more relevant we can make the walkthrough. It is helpful if you can bring along or describe the following:
Your Membership
A rough count of your active members and a sample of how you currently hold member records — even a spreadsheet or paper sheet is fine. We are particularly interested in whether you have loft GPS coordinates recorded, or whether that is something you would be setting up for the first time. Accurate loft coordinates are central to how PigeonLink calculates official race distances.
Your Race Programme
A copy of your current or recent race programme — the list of races for the season with their liberation points, dates, and race types. This helps us show you how your programme would look in PigeonLink from day one.
A Sample Result
A sample race result in whatever format you currently use — a printed sheet, a spreadsheet, or a PDF. We can show you how that same result would be generated by PigeonLink, including the velocity calculations, member positions, and printed output. If you have results going back several seasons, we can also discuss how historical data can be imported.
Your Liberation Points
The names and ideally the GPS coordinates of the liberation points you use. If you do not have coordinates recorded, we can show you how to set these up using the built-in map tool. Liberation point coordinates are required before any race distances can be calculated.
What We Will Cover
A typical walkthrough takes 30–45 minutes and covers the full journey from registration through to a confirmed race result:
- Registering the club and setting up member accounts
- Adding loft coordinates and confirming race distances
- Creating a race and running through a basketing session
- Entering clocking times and generating the result
- Publishing results to members and printing diplomas
- The federation dashboard and cross-club race view (if relevant)
We are happy to focus on the areas most relevant to you — just let us know in your email what you are most interested in seeing.
No Commitment Required
The demo is completely free and there is no obligation to sign up. If PigeonLink is not the right fit for your club at this time, we will say so honestly. Our goal is to help clubs and federations run better — not to sell software that does not suit your needs.
